We are a Christian gothic coffee house that ministers to all those who walk in darkness- be it physical, spiritual, or emotional. We were founded in 1998 by the lead sing of Killing the Old Man, Joe Kopnick. In the beginning it was a meeting place for those that were apart of the webring xnetgoth.com... but it has morphed into an Asylum for all of the Father's children.

“We are the body of Christ, we are
the hands, and we are the feet. We are the voices that reach out to those in
need. We are the ones who give food to the multitudes. To give a home to the
homeless, to give hope to the hopeless. To be a friend to the lonely, to mourn,
encourage, teach, love, and heal the wounds of the brokenhearted.

Remember the blood that was shed to pardon you, and extend
the invitation, to others. Every son, and daughter, should be on guard, at your
post, ready for service, which you pledged in the name of Jesus. Continue the
good fight, do not slumber. Embrace your first love, as if it was your last,
and continue to preach, and teach, the gospel of Christ. Set aside those carnal
ways of thinking, and grasp the revelation, that waits. Listen to your heart,
and spirit, that yearns to be released from worry and pain. The kingdom of God
is open. Speak, or surrender, all that has held you as slaves. Rest, and eat,
be filled with the knowledge of Christ. What seems impossible is now possible.
Thanks to God, through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Thank you for having me Zoe. I had so much fun working with everyone decorating and getting to know you and the staff. I'm sorry we cut out early. My husband and I both weren't feeling well and our tent was getting flooded with bugs and rain. I can't wait until next year! God bless you, and I hope to hear from you again soon.

Aaww, thanks! It's fun to have the tank version (SO comfy!) but if you had ANY idea how long it took me, or how awkward it was... poor tessi had to help me every few seconds... I'm afraid when it comes to clothes, i'm all about product not process. Except the painting of the jeans. That was fun. P.S. since you're online... you didn't make it to St Louis?

    Hey, what's up?

I just wanted to drop by and let you know that we now have a banner on our profile, and it includes the html code. So, if you want, feel free to swing by to our page to copy the code and paste it on your profile, if you'd like. Not only does it add to the "decorative spirit" of your profile, but we wouldn't mind the promotion either. LOL!

Anyway, just thought I'd stop by and let you know. Take care, God bless!
