THEATRE DOWNTOWN is an exciting new production company based in Birmingham, Alabama, founded in 2006 Billy Ray Brewton, and now ran by Billy Ray Brewton and J.J. Marrs. Downtown theatre for downtown Birmingham.
All tickets to Theatre Downtown shows are $17.00. A special discounted rate of $12.00 is available to students and seniors with proper ID. Thursday nights (with the exception of opening night) are HOBO NIGHTS, where we ask that you pay what you can afford with a $7.00 minimum. This also applies to midnight shows.

Katie Turinski makes her filmmaking debut with Sissyboy, a documentary following a group of Portland-area gender-benders and the final performances of their ambitious troupe.
