We proudly support the Mitten Movie Project of Michigan.

Watch for us on The Travel Channel's Extreme Conventions: Pyrate Con 2009 episode. It is scheduled to air September 24th. Our Pyratical fight on Burbon Street was definitely a highlight for our crew.

About me:
The Theatrical Combat Network was formed in 2006 to provide a collaborative environment for individuals and groups interested in the art of theatrical combat and it's application to live theater and film productions.Our members have extensive experience in theatrical performance, stage combat, and martial arts. Many have been active in the theater and stage combat community for more than a decade.
We specialize in: European Style medieval and renaissance combat; Japanese style sword play; as well as modern style fights including use of Karate, Krav Maga and mixed martial arts.
Our fire performers offer mixed-medium stage productions highlighting fire play with Fire Poi, Fire Staves, Fire Batons, Fire Fans, Fire Breathing and Eating, Flaming Broadsword, and Fire Whip tricks.
We also have musicians, dancers, makeup specialists and a wide variety of members with other skills applicable to theater and stage production.
We are currently booking entertainment venues for 2009. Please contact us about the possibilities for performing high adrenaline, exciting entertainment at your event!

Last year our official Pirates Magazine's tattoo shop "Studio City Tattoo(Ye Olde Tattoo Shoppe) "Cap'n Slappy and Chumbuckets personal tattoo shop and home of Talderoy.They got beat by a TV LAND tattoo Shop to come in second to (And thanks to her for the great exposure to the tattoo industry that her show has given,I'm just saying). Let's show TV Land that pirates rule!!!!!

Thanks for the add! Please let me know if you have any upcoming belly dance, drum or fire performance related events in or near Michigan. It doesn’t matter if you are running the event yourself or you just heard about it from somewhere. I will need either a web site address with information about the event or a phone number/email address so I can confirm the event before I list it.
