The Automatic City Project was created out of a shared love and enjoyment of art and music by Jordan Vendrasco and Tyler Dias. Best friends since high school, Jordan headed off to the University of Western Ontario for a double major in Music and Psychology while Tyler attended (and has since graduated) the Ontario College of Art and Design for Illustration and Design. The group has been able to balance Jordan's refined classical piano training and Tyler's raw self-taught guitar and vocal stylings into catchy indie-pop songs that are wholly original, metropolitan, and CANADIAN. With the recent addition of bassist Brian Vegas and drummer Nick Ferguson, Automatic City's music can be fully realized as a four piece band. At the core of this project lies the fundamental understanding that music is meant for all people to create, enjoy, and evolve.
