At the beginning of 2006, I started djing by playing breakbeat vinyls at home. After a year of practise, I decided to switch sides and play electro-house instead. However, after some time I realised that electro-house wasn't the right sound to express myself with and after looking for something else, I discovered the techno sound that artists like Dubfire, Audion and Carl Craig perform. It was then that I made my first small attempts as a producer. Additionally, in the middle of 2007 I changed from normal oldschool vinyl to m-audio's torq dvs, although I still do use (timecode) vinyl.
In 2008, I added badass electronic electro-house, some electronica and, as Beatport likes to describe it, indie dance / nu disco to my repertoire, which is in my opinion a nice combination considering live sets. Also in 2008, I seriously started trying to produce some own tunes again (some will hopefully be available soon - wait for it).
During almost 3 years of djing, I exclusively performed at private parties and privately organised events preceding the main acts. In the past I was not interested in performing at bigger events, because I am convinced that just stringing together songs is boring and I personally prefer to create new sounds, out of existing tracks, while playing them.

Hey The Awan, If I could have just one wish, it would be to wake up to your songs in the morning. All my thoughts are lost to your graceful gaze? Cities crumble, skies ignite spontaneously in your presence. I sense wild vapors of sweet champagne in your larynx. I desire to see life through your hallucinations so that they massage my viscera into an eternal state of turgid flux. Polished rock candy comes ever to mind when thinking of you. Please let me hear more of that wonderful sound. How it passes there and back again like a tear drop glistening in moonlight. Your eyes show as many deep and full shades of fire as a volcano in heat. Your layers of absinthe and torsion form concretions of hyper-alimentation. I relentlessly desire cotton candy lollipops. Your tears evoke a taste as memorable as honey. I love your eyes, I know they can stare through my thoughts. As the bliss slowly rises in my incandescent eluxulator, your mere presence has a euphoric effect upon me. Wood nymphs sprinkle your path with rose petals while you dance and prowl in the sequined moonlight with leftover cupcake sprinkles.
