Youth was a war. Youth crushed me. All I could do was play music and goof off to cope. The Awkward Stage came to me in the silence that occurred during the third dunk of my head into the jr. high toilet.
Don't get me wrong, I did my share of dunking too. Which is far more shameful to me.
They are honest pop songs. They are pleasant and accessible yet manage to interest and surprise. You may not like every thing I will do, but I promise it will always come from the right place.

Shane, I'm digging the new album so far. Great lyrics once again. No stupid stores in thunder bay had your album so I had to get it off itunes. I can't wait to pick up a physical copy. Have a good one.
i thought it had something to do with dead things... i have to admit I am suprised that your album cover is not a picture of you with your pants down. That..s all i remember from the NY photos... creeper.
maybe that's irrelevant to you, but when you're typing accolades on a laptop with a TINY (intentionally made big in that expression because making it smaller is asking far too much of modern computing)keyboard, effort stands head and shoulders above content... that's the best i can offer you... and you are far deserving of every stroke... and then some!
