WHAT ARE PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD SAYING ABOUT THE AZTEXT???

“The Sacred Document confirms the artistic quality, that The Aztext have been showing since the beginning, proving also the consistency and the abnegation of the group for Hiphop."

DJ Strike (www.4elemente.ro) Romania

“Its like yesterdays boom bap with a updated twist of skillz and production. Complete package all the way around!”

DJ Ragz- Roseville, CA

“Everything I've heard from The Aztext has been dope. Good beats, good rhymes, and they know how to bring the two together to make good songs. Definitely a group to keep your eye on."

DJ Hyphen - Seattle, WA

“These cats are some of DOPEST emcees i've heard in a minute... "Haven't you heard?" was sick and i'm sure this one will be nasty as well! REAL recognize REAL and that's what The Aztext are."

TNES - Hippoe Esthetics, Las Vegas, NV

“The Aztext stay true to the essential elements of hip hop mastery, dropping pure hip hop gems that stand the test of time and show and prove the true hip hop will never die!"

Shareef Hakim, WRFL, Lexington, KT

“Haven't You Heard was one of the illest Albums of 06 and Sacred Document continues that in 07. I'm spinning it like crazy and so do my homies. Much love from Germany for some true underground heads."

People do not associate Vermont very closely with hip hop music. PRO (originally from Monreal, Quebec) Learic (originally from Washington DC), and DJ Big Kat will to change that. After 10 years of solo efforts, these 3 joined forces in 2005 and formed, The Aztext.

The Aztext have completed their highly anticipated debut album, “Haven't You Heard?” in 2006, whose single 'Who's Wit Us?' hit number 2 on national college radio charts giving The Aztext a major boost on the Underground Hip Hop scene. “Haven’t You Heard?” was Hip Hop Album of the Year in the Free Press Publication and earned a spot as top 10 album (in all genres) in the Seven Days publication. The album features legendary hip hop acts such as, Krumb Snatcha of the Gangstarr Foundation, Q-Unique of the Rock Steady Crew and formerly of The Arsonists, Wordsworth of the Lyricist Lounge Show, Double AB and The Loyalists.

The Aztext have shared the state with the likes of Snoop Doggy Dogg, Afrika Bambaataa, DMC, Zion I and the Grouch, Brother Ali, Planet Asia, Akrobatik, Louis Logic and many more. After touring though the New England underground, The Aztext have made a statement that they are here to stay.

The trio recently finished The Sacred document, their sophomore effort. The album features the mic skills of Mac Lethal or Rhymesayers Entertainment and Black Clover, One Be Lo of Subterraneous Records (formally of Binary Star) Double AB and Rich Mo. The beats were created by super producer’s Dub Sonata, E Train, Touchponics, Special Weapon, and Nastee; as well as The Aztext's first self-produced track.

Be on the lookout for The Aztext - coming soon to a town near you!

Naw it was the Lupe show. It was a young crowd...IDK. It reminded me of stuffwhitepeoplelike.com ...... "Standing still at concerts". haha. I recognized one of you from around and couldn't put my finger on it, but then I was talking to my mens and I guess his wife works with one of you at blockbuster. And then I remembered you cause I made you laugh a couple times when I made fun of that old guy who always tries to get me to buy dvd's. "No, I don't want that one. I want this one, that's why I'm renting it. I have either seen those or I don't want to see them, please stop asking me that question every single time I come in here."
