About The Ballarats

I write this, on the back of big Baz's knackered betting slip.

We are The Ballarats from North Shields, England. From the second booked show we did 6 months ago (our first booked show saw the venue burn to the ground before we had even soundchecked) we set out to give this a go.

We aren't here to re-invent the wheel, we're just 6 shit kickers from the north-east who have enough fire in the nuts, determination and ability to let our voices be heard. Why not?

Someone's Jealous came out last January, and now The Jockey will be up for download on i-Tunes 05/11/08.
