I've been feeling reminiscent lately, and decided to revisit some old tbf stuff. I can't believe that we never distributed the album that we worked so hard on! To all who care, remember, or care to remember, I finally got around to uploading our baby to one of those file hosting sites. It is 21 tracks (just over one hour) of tbf goodness--almost everything we ever wrote. Considering it was all done ourselves, the recording quality is pretty good (thanks especially to Joe S). Apparently, it will be here:

In case that site goes down, here is the entire URL (to copy and paste):
Our old website still has lots of fun stuff on it, and it hope it will remain there for all time: http://www.thebananafactor.8m.com/home.html
Well, this will probably be the last tbf update. I hope you all have the best of lives, and we thank you for making that part of our lives brighter!

The writeup below is very out of date, but I decided to leave it be. If anyone desperately wants to get in touch, I check this address periodically: lottapina@gmail.com
Written sometime early 2006:
well...it was sure fun. luke m, joe s, and i (luke c) started playing back in the summer of 2000. we soon added more members such as the power guitar rock of andrew k, the sexy tall body of jacob t, the token asian member alex c, the horn talent of kevin l, and the lanky keyboard fingers of andy a. we played about 40 shows over the next three years and always had a blast. sometime in summer of 2002, joe expressed the need to move on. i think we all felt that way deep down. we decided to finish the album we were working on; but essentially, this is where the t.b.f story ends.
i left out tons of fantastic information, and you can find gobs of it on our other website ( www.thebananafactor.8m.com ). good news is that we've all stayed friends. andrew is in college in tennessee, luke m is graduating from west chester this year and plays in the rad band "sure juror" (funny enough, featuring jon heathcote of go allan, whom we played with many times), joe s went on to a premiere recording studio school in arizona and now has a fab recording studio in glassboro and also drums for the aforementioned "sure juror," jacob is in college in arkansas, alex is attending rowan (as i am), andy is still working at bravo! video and is working on finishing up an associates degree in paralegal stuff, and kevin...i dunno! i haven't talked to him in ages! sorry, kevin. i'm sure he's doing well.
thanks for reading. maybe we'll even play a last show sometime :) peace from the northeast.
Sweet! We always loved you guys and we like to think there's a little part of you guys in us, since we grew up listening to you guys and Joe Sheehan recorded and mixed our full-length album. Downloading Now. Can't wait to rock out! The juice is dripping from my chin!
