Jeffrey Warren first made his mark in music by playing with various Go-Go bands throughout Washington, DC. He is best known for his time with the former NE Groovers Band in the Go-Go venue. Being lead to form his own group, The Band, in which he and the group of individuals that make-up The Band has given him the freedom to combine Go-Go with other various styles of music including Gospel, Jazz/Jazz Fusion, Hip-Hop, R&B, and Pop. Because of Jeffs vision of combining various genre of music, The Band has recruited musicians from various musical backgrounds to expand the notion of delivering a more versatile sound. Therefore it can be said that The Band never wants to be mentioned as serving only one type of audience but many different audiences to meet the demand of any given venue. Hence, The Band performs music For All Occasions such as weddings, corporate parties, birthdays, and cabarets to name a few. The Band is about the art of crafting live music from preserving the best of traditional and contemporary music to advancing the art of music with the latest most unique sound.
