The band Dead Dolls has been based in a true center of industrial (plants, that is), Houston, TX for the last six years. Recently relocated to Lynchburg, VA, Dead Dolls is gearing up to begin auditions for a whole new band lineup; will be looking for guitars, drums, bass at the very least, with collaborative possibilities for other producers of electronic music as well. (Our keyboardist is still in Houston - hoping to get him to join up in Lynchburg sometime in the coming year.)
Dead Dolls music is a unique blend of gothic industrial music, with much synthesized sound and an almost operatic feel to the vocals.
As the vision of multi-talented lead singer, Dementia Armand, expands and grows Dead Dolls promises much in the next few years.
The tears that brim in Dementia's eyes as she describes her dream of decadent gothic artistic stage shows and the sound of rough operatic vocals are enough to rouse a reaction in all who hear her perform.
Dead Dolls has a wide variety of influences and the music promises to grow and change into something truly great.
With an assembly that includes members of Ministry (Warner Bros.) and Thrill Kill Kult (Rykodisc), it's obvious project .44 has a firm grasp on the aggro/industrial/tek metal scene...
Thanks for the add Dead Dolls, I love your music btw!
