We are "Lower 13" a Metal/rock band based in Parma/Cleveland Ohio. We've been playing together since 3/17/06. We Released our first 3 song demo on 2/12/08. We have played numerous venues Including The Jigsaw Saloon, The Hi-Fi Club, Peabodys Downunder, and the Agora Ballroom.
