From the streets of Sydney’s inner west, L.U.S.T. are four individuals who play a unique brand of rock and roll. Fusing the obnoxious anarchy of '70s punk rock and the over-the-top, guitar driven sleaze of '80s hard rock, L.U.S.T. deliver an intense, high energy live show.
In 2007 the boys recorded a self-titled EP produced by Australia’s renowned guitarist Peter Northcote. All five tracks have received national airplay. In mid 2008 three of those five songs simultaneously peaked at numbers 1, 2 and 3 in Triple J's Un-Earthed charts. The songs 'Little Devil' and 'Get Em Out' have featured in several international extreme sports DVD's.
Now in 2009 L.U.S.T. are currently in the recording studio working on their debut full length album again with producer Peter Northcote, with an arsenal of new songs about love, loss, life, death, women, tattoos, alcohol and self destruction.
As well as working on their album, L.U.S.T. have been on tour with the Screaming Jets for their “Do Ya” tour.
