Some say we sound like Coldplay (Stu vocally and the keys), others say we sound like U2 (Mitch is basically the next Edge). We'll take those as compliments for sure, but we like to say we sound like ourselves. A sound never heard of before....why should we know what we sound like? Who are we!?
Washpool is a Christian Rock band that has been around since '99, current members since '01. We've played at many churches including Shephard of the Hills, Holy Cross, Wooded Hills, Elmbrook, Praise Fellowship, and First Reformed Methodist just to name a few, as well as schools and universities such as Menomenee Falls High School and Marquette University. Obviously a wide array of venues. We currently play many of their own songs as well as some of their favorites by popular artists like Coldplay, U2, Delirious?, and Hillsongs UNITED. We have played in many band competitions and won 3 First places and 1 Second place............

so I was talking to myself the other day, and we decided to ask you a question:
Which is better, getting $1 mil for 30 days of work at a temporary job, or being paid one penny the first day and having it double every day?
It's simple really.
the penny deal will eventually come out to somewhere around $5 mil after the 30 days which is weird cuz 100 pennies is only $1 but nevermind.
I said all that to say this:
I hope you would take the penny deal.
and not cheat......."relatively" speaking.
Yes, I must agree 100% with Wendy. You guys did pretty schnazzy up on stage and that whole triple song combo was excellente! And "Stay"-oh my goodness, I'm speechless. So congrats on first place & God bless all you alls!!
