   About the baptist generals
Welcome to the Rupert Murdock home of Subpop band the Baptist Generals, and One (1) Baptist General. You can keep up at twitter handle @harmjoy where I talk about a bunch of shit you probably won't care about, and there's occasionally more stuff at the blog. We are currently not performing and should have announcements about a new release in early August 2009.

You know, there was a massive creole population in nawleons during the time of the depression. It was a state of brotherhood shared between all creoles in the creole community who took part in creole festivities and creole activities.

We would stay up till the wee hours of the mornin, drinkin whiskey and rememberin a time when we weren't seen as stalwart thieves of the past, but rather as powerful savants of the future.

A solid night of smelling beards and drinking whiskey in a dutch venue, in the Netherlands, of course.

"I'M MAD AS HELL AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!"

finally got around to watching Network on your recommendation...amazing.
one of those films that every aspect of great film-making came together on.
if you get a chance, check out Hardcore Logo directed by Bruce McDonald. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.
