About me:
My proprietor is Darren Deicide. Walk only one block from the Journal Square train station and within my walls you'll likely hear some of the best new roots and acoustic punk that the area has to offer, as well as great music on tour. I seem to always have a 30 pack in my fridge too, though I encourage yall to BYOB since my supplies are always limited. I do not tolerate PA's! I however do tolerate debauchery, drunkiness, dancing, hootin, hollerin, revelating, and other acts of extreme hedonism. Soon I will be hostin things not so related to music such as tea parties, whiskey parties, benefits, movie screenings, and other acts of random anarchy.
The Barracks is also the temporary central administrative building for "The Center for Advanced Rock n Roll Studies".
We are currently deep in the rigorous '08-'09 curriculum, and we will announce our new graduates at the end of the year.
