"Once It Was An Attitude" isn..t just an album title for the Barroom Heroes, it..s also the way they get along with their music and their scene. These 4 punkrockers from Emden/Germany don..t care about useless style-shit or stupid toughguy-attitude but about the real deal; snotty punkrocksongs with a load of melody and honest lyrics. Formed in 2006, this direction brought the band on a lot of stages they..ve rocked with bands like The Real Mc Kenzies, Far From Finished, The Briggs, Born To Lose and Mr. Irish Bastard, just to name a few.
In the end of 2008 they inked a deal with german scenelabel Sunny Bastards who will release their debutalbum "...Once It Was An Attitude!?" in february 2009. From then on there..s only one thing to do; hitting the road to play as many shows as possible! So don..t miss this energetic punkrockshow when the Barroom Heroes come to town!
"Once It Was An Attitude" ist für die Barroom Heroes nicht nur ein Albumtitel sondern könnte auch ihre Herangehensweise an die Musik und die Szene nicht besser beschreiben. Die 4 Punkrocker aus Emden halten sich nicht mit nichtsnützigem Style-Gehabe oder stupidem Toughguy-Geplänkel auf und beschränken sich lieber aufs Wesentliche; rotzige Punkrocksongs mit einer ordentlichen Portion Melodie und ehrlichen Texten. Dieses Rezept öffnete der 2006 gegründeten Band deutschlandweit die Türen zahlreicher Bühnen, welche man sich unter vielen anderen mit The Real Mc Kenzies, Far From Finished, The Briggs, Born To Lose und Mr. Irish Bastard teilte.
