Since 2008, Northwest Arkansas' The Battle Within has been constantly fine-tuning their creative abilities in pursuit of a devastating blend of melodic death metal and ear-splitting breakdowns. TBW recorded their full-length, debut album, Day of Reckoning, in 2009 with the help of Ross Hogarth of Grammy fame, and quickly created a following for themselves with the help of their energetic live performances. In 2010, TBW's Premonitions-EP allowed the band to secure their place in the ever-evolving world of metal. This year, TBW has released three new songs that display their progression as a band and have entered a management agreement with The Inner Light Agency's Damon Moreno. Currently, the band is working on a new release and constantly pushing their live performances to the next level. The Battle Within has shared the stage with such national acts as: Within the Ruins, Shadows Fall, The Tony Danza Tapdance Extravaganza, Upon A Burning Body, The Chariot, The Word Alive, iwrestledabearonce, Becoming the Archetype and many more!
