it was never a question of variety for me regarding veganism, but more of nutrition, and affording adequate foods, thats why i was curious on your living situation, and how food was either provided or got.
i still live with my parents, but we have a large, 200 year old home and i live in the attic, so it is like an apartment i suppose. i'm the youngest of five, but we have always had people, mostly my siblings or my parent's friends who were for a time destitute, living with us, so the house was always really full of others. at the moment i'm the only child left at home, but my close friend juan has been living with us for two years, and my other friend rocco recently became homeless so hes been staying with us too until he gets back on his feet.
veganism appeals to me, but i have not made that step, or confirmed whether or not its a commitment i need to make. without ample conviction i doubt i will, at least in the near future. is it difficult to maintain that lifestyle? are you self sufficient or do you live with parent/s?
hahaha, you've nailed the desciptions, though i must admit i am almost entirely grey at my roots, have a affinity for sangria, and wear skinnys often. gladly, my whole is not the sum of it's parts. my dad owns the meat freezer, i've been a vegetarian for almost five years. Unbearable is on of my favorite books, its really why i read so many of his novels, after that i wanted to expose myself to every one of his writings. which are all very good in their own way, but tend to blur, so its not that you are reading that specific novel, but just very aware you are feeling his internal musings and analysis.
which book is it? i read slaughterhouse-five by him and dead eye dick. right now i'm reading ignorance by milan kundera. my old job last summer allowed me alot of spare time to read as well, i worked in a meat freezer and there were hours without anything to do that i used for reading.
now that i have it i'll have to use it sometime in the future, my name is jesse :]
i'm always stumped on to how to answer " how are you?" haha today i am very well, the weather is really beautiful, though the sky looks like a marble slab, i want to go for a walk in a bit, and i'm sure i'll get rained on.
i will see you at easter, yes? i hope so, because i am really looking forward to filling each others ears with each others lives. and swimming in that pool that i have glorified in my memory.
i've been a lot of things, i hate trying to summarize my life for the sake of conversation, too many of the best moments are lost in the attempt to find a mutual interest. haha so how are you, at this exact moment?
well baby bee i just called you and left a long drawn out message i just need to talk to you but i don't want to call your house phone in case it's too late~ let's have a weekend soon all to ourselves
