FURLY SIVART	Jun 2 2008 4:10 AM Body: i went to jail friday night for dwi.. i was not intoxicated but i refused to blow or dance i was speeding and that is why i got pull over the cop when to molly's window as if i had been drinking i told him i had three beers in a four hour spand he was not listin and told me to get out of the car took me to the back did the eye test i followed just right he spent three minute with the flash light in my eyes he could that i was doing well then he drew a line with his flash light right then i re fused to do any more tests at that time i was aarested molly had drank twice as much as i did and she passed the breathiilizer and they let her drive home or to the jail... when i got to the jail i was calm and i refused to do any more test. i told then of my ear problem and mental prblem they put me in a cell alone and that was nice.. so i am going to fight this for we belive that it was a unlawful aarest.... furly
