About The Beer Pigs

Happy New Year to one and all from The Pigs. As we wave good bye to 2007 we take stock on a busy year that has had many highs and its fair share of lows. Without doubt '07 was one of the most exciting years we have had as a band and we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped us make it extra special, especially those who helped us out when the going got tough! We are now looking forward to 2008 with excitement and enthusiasm, learning new songs pushing the band to new limits. One or two of you have been twisting Dezies ear about not playing round here any more well we are happy to say that we will be playing more pubs this year. We decided to back off a bit during 07 to let you all recharge your batteries before you became too sick of us and whilst we have been as busy as ever, it is going to be nice to let the ‘hair’ down more often in a pub environment! We will be playing as much as we can, showcasing new songs and new ideas. Finally to one and all who attended the Town Hall gig on Dec 7th ’07. Thank you for making it one to remember. We loved seeing so many of the faces whose weddings and birthday’s we have played and of course all of the faces who have supported over the years. It fantastic to see you all there, in fact so good there are rumors of doing it again next Chrimbo, but this time in the crypt where we can all live up to the band name!!! See you all in 08.
