Formada en el año 2000, es la primera banda íntegramente femenina dedicada a rendir tributo a la música de los Beatles. Debutó en el festival “Eternamente Beatles” realizado al aire libre en el Rosedal de Palermo y enseguida se destacó, no sólo por el hecho de ser una banda compuesta por mujeres sino por la calidad de sus interpretaciones.
En marzo de 2001 fue convocada para tocar en las Islas Malvinas, convirtiéndose así en el primer grupo argentino en hacer presentaciones en esas tierras. Cinco meses después viajó a Liverpool, como representante de nuestro país, para participar en la “Semana Beatle” que se realiza en esa ciudad. A las siete presentaciones en The Cavern Club (lugar que vio nacer al cuarteto más importante del siglo XX), se le agrega un show acústico en los estudios Abbey Road de Londres, en donde los Beatles grabaron casi toda su música.
Durante estos años, The Beladies siguió presentándose en distintos escenarios del país y en variados medios de comunicación, además de grabar un EP con canciones de Los Beatles.
En el año 2007, la banda fue especialmente invitada por el sello Melopea de Litto Nebbia para participar de un compilado-homenaje al rock argentino que el músico tiene previsto lanzar este año. El tema elegido fue “Nena Boba” de Pescado Rabioso y la grabación se llevó a cabo en los Estudios Melopea, con la producción de Fernando Blanco (ex Super Ratones) y con Mario Sobrino en los controles.
Con importantes y variadas presentaciones en su haber, este cuarteto de chicas ha cosechado un éxito inusual gracias a la originalidad de la propuesta, la fidelidad de sus interpretaciones y el clima que generan en sus shows.

Formed in the year 2000 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, it is the first all-girl band devoted to paying tribute to the music of The Beatles. The band made its debut at the "Eternamente Beatles" Festival, which took place outdoors at the Rosedal in Palermo, Buenos Aires, and immediately caught the eye of the audience not only for having all female members but also for the quality of its performance.
In March of 2001, the band was invited to play in the Falkland Islands, becoming the first Argentine music group that ever performed there. Five months later, they traveled to Liverpool representing our country in the "Beatle Week", which takes place in that city. Not only did they play seven times in The Cavern Club (the place where the most important band of the 20th century was born) but they also played an acoustic show at the Abbey Road Studios, where The Beatles recorded most of their music.
During the following years, The Beladies have continued to perform in different venues throughout the country and in several TV and radio shows, and they also recorded an EP with Beatles' songs.
Having played many memorable and very important shows, this all-girl quartet has had an unprecedented success thanks to its originality, the quality of its performances and the atmosphere it creates during its shows.
