We are an independent, original-music duo. We began playing professionally as a duo in 2006 after years of playing in various band set-ups. We have regularly been playing 3-hour shows since then. Our shows are known for a ton of audience participation, with people frequently dancing along and coming up on stage to sing and freestyle. Our small size makes us a perfect affordable entertainment solution for your coffeehouse, campus center, pub, and small theater.
In addition to live performances, we also offer Open Mic Hosting and our unique Songwriting Workshop. In the Songwriting Workshop, we and the participants write, perform, and record a song on-the-spot using the participants' lyrical and musical ideas. We send the participants a completed edited and mixed version. It is
a super event for self-expression. The song 'Don't Stop Me' was created with us by students from Harford Community College in Harford, MD and the song 'Dream' was created with us by students from York College Of Pennsylvania in York, PA.
An additional facet of our musical repetoire is our children's music! Chrisie Santoni runs Dancing Bears Music, a Music-And-Movement program. We offer children's concerts based on the songs from her program. For more information on Dancing Bears Music,

We look forward to bringing what we do to you!!!

GOOD STUFF:
"You guys are great!"
Chloe Spear, Student Activities President, Skidmore College
"We honestly did not know what to expect from the Billies because we had never seen them perform live. However, we were definitely not disappointed. Working with Chrisie was amazing and her personality showed the instant we met her. The performance was great especially because the performance was a mix of original music and covers which works well with our crowd. They are quite talented and we truly enjoyed their performance. I would definitely recommend them to any schools out there that are looking for new talent for their campus."
Kimberly Herrera, Coordinator Of Student Activities,Anne Arundel Community College
"The Billies performed at Muhlenberg College for the first weekend of our fall semester. From an administrative point of view, Chrisie and Craig are super easy to work with. They bring their own sound & adapt to any situation. They also have a great rapport with the audience and drew a crowd of student musicians who performed with them and others who sang along to the songs. We received some very positive feedback from the students who attended and will definitely bring The Billies back to campus soon."
Bev MacEwan, Director of Student Activities, Muhlenberg College
"Thanks for a great show last night."
Robert E. Kulpa, Jr, cDEd, Director of Student Life,Wheeling Jesuit University
"The Billies performed at the Ringwood Farmers’ Market on a warm summer morning. The crowd enjoyed their easy familiarity and their thoughtful creativity. The duo was easy and flexible, cooperating happily with the outdoor setting and the canopy-type stage. It was a pleasure to work with them. Their gentle style drove us to look to them as the first pick for our Harvest Celebration Dinner. Too bad for us, the duo was booked. We look forward to their visit next year."

"The Billies provided yet another evening of superb and enjoyable entertainment.
Their sound is very uplifting and fun and they are always professional and
adaptable to our clientele. As a matter of fact, we can't wait to have them
back!"--Jackie & Ed Conrey, Bula World Cuisine, Newton, NJ
"AHHHHHH……THANK YOU so much, Billies!. The song turned out REALLY GREAT! What a wonderful way to involve the audience and it gives us a great keepsake! You two were great and I really enjoyed having you here. Let me know what’s coming up for you two and when you are coming back to the area! Thanks again for everything and the song turned out great!"
