Thanks for checking out our music. We've really enjoyed working together on it and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. It was compiled for the listener who may not listen to jazz as seriously as some. Through it all, we wanted to create something that was accessible for listeners, but that still carried the substance of a legitimate jazz album without giving way to commercial music. "In the Hall" is a composite of original music, classical arrangements, and anything else you can think of coming from a jazz quartet.

The Birdcatchers found their beginnings within the Oral Roberts University Music Department. A pragmatic jazz quartet built out of the desire for some quality music, they have found a niche within the Tulsa area and ORU campus. The group consists of music students, current and graduated, all of whom anticipate honing their craft for a very long time.

Their music builds on a classic and contemporary jazz foundation to incorporate a little bit of R&B and funk for a sweet sense of direction that leaves you asking for seconds. They perform comfortably as a feature group, but can also fit in for quieter events such as banquets.

For more information, check out our Facebook group, I Enjoy the Birdcatchers or for information on buying the album, call 620 804 0096. For booking information, call Reneé Profitt at InHouse Advertising- 918 481 6499.

Ummmm, The Birdcatchers rock my face off. Or maybe it should be jazz my face off. Either way, they are tremendously talented.
