Hello! Just wanted to thank you for the add (not very original). I saw there are a lot of French dates once again, that's nice that you don't only go to Paris like bands often do. Even if it would be better for me if all your gigs were in Paris ;-)There is one in Corsica, is it your first trip to there? As I already said, can't wait for the Nouveau Casino, this will be my fifth Bishops gig, I love your music etc etc, everybody says the same it's a bit boring ;-), but I really really think you're one of the best bands of the 2000's. Bei all der hedonistischen Sausen-Promiskuität verliert man schnell mal das Ohr fürs Wesentliche. Texte sind wieder angesagt und die Musik muss nicht mehr in Form eines hyperbolischen Trends daher kommen. Das dachten sich auch die Eight Legs und so kann man sich neben der bekannten jugendlichen Ironie zum Thema Beziehungen auch über Texte mit Querverweisen zu früh-ästhetischem Kino und 60er-Jahre Dokumentarromanen freuen. Schon im Titel ihres zweiten Studioalbums "The Electric Kool-Aid Cuckoo Nest" ist einer enthalten. Aber auch vom 1-2-3-Los-gehts!-Indie verabschiedet man sich allmählich.
