Biography
In the beginning...
Mike’s band Inter Society Corruption starts off breaking shit and tearing up
basements with Bob Huber, Tom Thomas and Tad Kubler.
Tad and Bill moved to Minneapolis, MN... KT88 was born and led Kub into the
arms of Craig Finn of Lifter Puller and eventually The Hold Steady.
In 2006 bassist Jason Petitt joined the craziness to round out the low end. Jason
is linked to the other bands like The Pipe Circus, & Middleworld. Jason and Chad
have a tight ass groove to help balance the bitchin’ rock guitars.
The Bitter Half’s sound is influence by booze and all kinds of musicial styles from
AC/DC and Helmet to Marvin Gaye. TBH has played many of shows in the
southern Wisconsin area, and one in upper Michigan. This band is looking expand
it’s playing area as well as rip the faces off the boring rock scene of today.
