About Goodbye Bridge House... Hello Black Cat Promo

The Black Cat Promotions is a new Promotions company from the same people behind The Bridge House pub in Copsale.
Whilst at The Bridge House our intention was to bring you the best possible live music available, from weekly gigs, tours, parties, all day festivals to open myk (thats how Brian spells 'mic') nights, band practices taking place in the pub whilst it was open to an intrigued (if slightly bemused) pub audience even to impromptu jams from visitors who would just pull a guitar off a wall and start playing... we literally lived & breathed live music...
With The Black Cat Promotions we intend to carry on these values, ethos & beliefs of supporting the best live music out there, but now we're taking it on the road. From Brighton to London, from Basingstoke to Margate & everywhere & everything in between, we'll be looking to put on the best live music show experiences possible.
We have worked (& are currently working) with hundreds & hundreds of artists, ranging from Mercury Prize nominees, Kerrang! upstarts, Radio darlings, Festival favorites, Chart conquerers, award winning, cult favourites, the stars of tomorrow, the stars of yesterday, local heroes to bands that have never played a gig in their life. We support ALL forms of live music & the experience that this can bring to an audience.

At Horsham Youth Centre (HYC).
The Black Cat Promotions presents a night of catchy riffs, anthemic choruses, big hooks, hammering drumbeats & a raw valve driven, honest sound laden with upbeat infectious melodies from 5 brilliant live bands. Bring your dancing shoes, it's gonna be a party...
Headlining the night are JUST LIKE YOU who are a brand spanking new pop band hailing from London. Featuring ex-members of NATO, Bitter Conflict &... ummm.... Eastenders, the band were born from a chance meeting at our very own Bridge House Pub. The band have been locked away in the studio & practice rooms honing their sound & live show & are getting ready to bother the charts with their rock driven pop. We are very privileged to say that we will be hosting one of their very first gigs... Catch them in the intimacy of our venue before the rest of the country catches on.

The HYC is a 3 minute walk from Horsham Railway Station on the same road as Collyers, the Hospital, Pavillions (Swimming Pool), etc. It's a 10 minute walk across the park from Horsham Town Centre.
Free Car Parking is available onsite & in very close proximity to the venue.
The gig will finish in plenty of time to catch the last trains home in the Crawley/London/Brighton direction & Southampton/Chichester direction.

Just dropping you a comment to let you know we're playing London Islington Bar Academy and Oxford Academy 2 on our next tour in May. The London show is on the 20th May and the Oxford show is on the 22nd May. It would be awesome if you could make the show!
