The band for over 19 years have created their own place in the music world. For the most part the music is of the working class 1800s. Irish & Italian immigrants mixing with the other cultures that came to America. A lot of the Black Irish Songs have to do with working on the railroads, the mines, the high seas, and working on the firelines!
