About me:
What happens when the power goes out on a hot summer day in the big city? As the sun sets and the sky darkens, the stars come out and hearts and imaginations shine bright.
BLACKOUT! is a 32-page coloring book story based on the magical happenings in New York City during the blackout on August 14-15, 2003. Written by Martín Perna and illustrated by Ricardo Cortés, the book is a part of a new body of fun and radical literature for a new generation of children of all ages.
