Formed in 1997 as an underground metal band by M. Ali and Ali Raza; [formally known as Metal Purge (1995-1997)] continued its success in limited audience. No doubt, being one of the oldest heavy metal band in the scene today, Black Warrant is moving towards new heights and mission to revolutionize music industry; by producing music with a unique touch.
Our main focus remains on heavy metal with industrial influence and genre's promotion. Even though we do not bound ourselves to just that, we like to experiment in other genres as well. We play metal, rock & industrial depending on our mood, we do what we feel like. That is one main reason why our music is different.
Black Warrant is among metal's most socially aware groups, making room for serious subject matter. We strongly oppose formula & copy/paste music. The fight against injustice, vulgarity, social disorder, immorality & transgression continues. Our message is 'Peace'.
