The Blue Rangers Of The Masked Moon est un groupe de métal à tendances death et grind originaire de Leysin dans les Alpes Suisses. Le groupe existe depuis 2002 et a vu son style évoluer au fil du temps. Au début ça ressemblait plus à du grunge rock alcoolisé au point de ne plus être capable de jouer et ce jusqu'en 2005 ou l'un des guitaristes (le beau Rachid) a décidé de quitter le groupe. Après une courte pause le groupe est reparti à 3 seulement dans un style plus métal. Lors de l'arrivée d'un chanteur en 2006, les choses sérieuses ont vraiment commencée. Le style s'est encore durci pour devenir de plus en plus death dans les riffs et très grind dans le chant. Le groupe se compose de Fred (batterie), Hugo (basse), Marc (guitare, chant) et Ben (chant). Nous travaillons actuellement sur l'enregistrement d'une démo (à l'arache au local…) qui sera bientôt disponible ici sur myspace. Nous sommes à la recherche de concerts n'importe où en suisse (voir plus loin) tant qu'il y a assez de bières pour nous abreuver!!! Santé!
The Blue Rangers Of The Masked Moon is a metal band with a death and grind influence originaly from Leysin in the Swiss Alps. The band was formed in 2002 and the style has changed through the years. At the beginning it was more something like alcoholic grunge rock until 2005 when one of the guitar players (the beautiful Rachid) left the band. After a small break the band restarted to play with only 3 members and the style progressed more in the direction of metal. In 2006, a singer joined the band and at this point things really started to rock. The music became heavier, with more death in the riffs and more grind in the voices. The band members include Fred (drums), Hugo (bass), Marc (guitar, vocals) and Ben (vocals). We are working on quickly recording a demo, that will be soon available here on myspace. We are also looking for gigs in Switzerland (or anywhere else) as long as there's enough beers for us!!! Cheers!

Great to hear from you guys! Thanks for adding me! I'm loving the song and am going to watch your videos after leaving this message! I still have the videos & recordings I did when I was with you in Leysin on my phone, but the sound quality is aweful! Haha!
I hope to be coming back to Leysin before the end of the year, so I will be in contact when I know what time I'll be over. Until then, keep it very metal and keep on drinking the Boxer beer!
