What and who are The BLUES RAIDERS?
A lot of the 'RAIDERS music is ORIGINAL, we believe in making our own ROCK, BLUES and FUNK music
and audience reaction to our songs has been excellent at Sydney venues that we have performed
lately, such as Bondi Icebergs, Bridge Hotel, Wiley Park Hotel, Allawah Hotel, Windsor Macquarie Arms, Burwood RSL, The Pine Inn, Bald Faced Stag Hotel, Lewisham 'Livehouse', Blacktown Central Hotel and of course the Empire Hotel.
The BLUES RAIDERS love the '3 KINGS' of the BLUES, (Albert, Freddie, BB), and dig playing songs
of these BLUES GUITAR LEGENDS, as well as a selection of CLASSIC British, USA and Aussie ROCK and
FUNK, introducing KRISTY Winter on female vocals, KEZ Hasanic an experienced Lead Guitarist and Singer who can 'shout' the Blues with the
best of them shares male vocal duties with Blues Harpist CLAUDE Anthony, while ANDREW Brody on Drums,
CHRIS Riggs on Bass and KON Konstantine on second lead guitar make up the rest of the 'RAIDERS.
The BLUES RAIDERS understand the art of adapting to many situations and have a stash of famous
hits and cool original songs ready to be performed with a maximum of energy, fun, humour and good
times! The BLUES RAIDERS pride themselves on EVERYONE having a good time, they keep the crowd
happy with a great show and at the same time keep the venue management happy by maintaining an
excellent level of co-operation.
