| About The Boardroom |
The Boardroom is a collaborative studio bunker virtually bassed (sic) in London
It is not really a band, rather a brand of a place at a given time.
The ethic of The Boardroom allows the creation of many different creative management cells and groups.
When they get together they are called board meetings.
At board meetings we gather and create other material for other board meetings, and ponder future meetings.
Normally lots of tea is drunk.
We are currently plotting an extra-ordinary board meeting .
This is when Boardroom members meet up to organise extra-ordinary public board meetings in Boardrooms all over the world.
It is a collective producing and performing fine spaced out sounds to dance to. Sets comprise decks, D.J's, keyboards, vocals and all manner of odd equipment, with up to five performing at once. A dark melancholic musical journey for your mind that your feet just won't stop moving to. Current support from Roman Flugel, Weatherall, Craig Richards, Sven Vath, Ivan Smagghe, Tiefschwarz, Marko Nastic, Heiko MSO, Laurent Garnier etc.
You can listen to the ideas of Boardroom meetings here. When they are fully formed they will be released to prospective share holders.
Boardroom executives/artists have produced/remixed for Alter Ego (Klang), Johannes Heil (Klang), Bret Johnston (Left Room), Battant (Kill The Dj), Black Lips (Vice), The Little Ones (Heavenly), Xerox Teens (Mute Irregulars), Siouxsie Sioux (Universal), The Two Lone Swordsmen (R.G.C.), 2Raumwohnung (Virgin, Germany), The Fuck Buttons, Primal scream, and David holmes
The Boardroom has been busier than ever. After 2007's 4 12"s released as part of The 'Boardroom presents' series on Klang Elektronik, an album and 4 more 12"s are to follow on Klang this year. Further Boardroom releases have appeared on such labels as: Sven Vaths 'Cocoon' (Radical Majik), 'Hyper Colour' (Victorville), 'The Rotters Golf Club' (Two Lone Swordsmen remixes & Andrew Weatherall album), 'Harmless Records' (Watch The Ride Mix CD) and 'Mantra Vibes' (Ivan Smagghe's latest Mix CD).

Board & Victorville
Jon (Vick)torville co-produced the dutch smash 'Voodoz/Acid punch'. He then quit his job with Locked on records. He arrived in the Boardroom with the slamming numbers 'Chum' and 'Disciple' already in his briefcase. Hired on the spot.
Bored & Lazy
Pete Laz(onb)y mastered the idle management method during a seven year hiatus in New Orleans. Known for the mid nineties classics 'Sacred Cycles' and 'Wavespeech', he was headhunted for the Boardroom by experts in the art of getting it to mean something.
Radicak Maji[k]
Long time Techno general Rad Rice fought in the acid house trenches of 88. His strategic knowledge was needed to combat forces intent on making the party stop. After much structured debate of rAvEmEnT, he agreed on an executive position..
E.S.C
Techno wizzardry was needed for Live and studio weirdness. Timing, and technical ability to create structure from Chaos. James Moss of RaceTrax, 3 Decks, 909, and FX ,invested heavily and has become a leading executive of all Boardroom meetings.
ConMan
Minimal in approach but futuristic by design . Dave Congreve brings the 1950's optimism to our future. Repeat Repeat, and redo it again, only better. This forward thinking techno world will take our strategy to a better place.
Le Sarge en Board
Sidney Le Sarge, the dub electro techno DJ linchpin, he is the conection needed to create the convergence that is The Boardroom. Without his cross style referencing there would be no collaboration.
