Body Mind Soul is not a new kind of therapy, neither a form of yoga or meditation. Just a band with a "meta"-thinking method, not only trough texts but all the way to the making of any kind of music. Taking lot of inspiration from many styles, and taking sources from three points considerated as the three pulsions that put the basises of any kind of art : Body, Mind and Soul. As said Pao "that's what creates the groove".
Body Mind Soul n'est pas un nouveau genre de thérapie, ni même une forme de yoga ou de méditation. Il s'agit d'un groupe de musique ayant une métaréflexion, pas seulement au travers des textes, mais dans tout les moyens de créer de la musique. Prenant son inspiration dans de nombreux genres, et ayant pour base trois éléments considérés comme les 3 points posant les bases de tout type d'art : Le corps, l'esprit, et l'âme. Comme dit Pao « c'est ce qui créé le groove ».
Vous avez bien entendu noté que je joue ce samedi à Paris, à la Maroquinerie, avec mes amis de Alb, pour l'anniversaire de la boutique GROUND ZERO. on vous attend !!!
