The Bohemian Embassy. A band with a very serious mission: to be the most entertaining, thought provoking music group of any time. They are current, commercial and incredibly energetic. The songs are about the now; what's going on today. Popular, political, punk, rock. sheer energy, sheer sweat with a real purpose.
A hypnotic persuasion with enough wit, humour and charm to travel across the globe. Their live shows are not to be missed, you will not find a band who captivate an audience so much - not just in sound but in stage performance. Nobody moves like these boys, whether at a stadium, a club or on the street - this has never been seen before.

BOHEMIAN FACT – All 4 members of The Bohemian Embassy are left handed.

Reviews
"Late Beatles meets an early Clash""An indy rocky horror show!!!

"Headliners of the night were a band that I’ve heard nothing but compliments about. The Bohemian Embassy are one of the most energetic bands I have ever seen with a very charismatic front man. Their music is pop punk that you automatically find yourself moving to. This four-piece are not only musicians, they’re also entertainers. There’s only one word that is perfectly suitable to use. Mad. I think that sums them up perfectly as they are so eccentric. The drummer didn’t keep his head still for a single second, and the others were bouncing around the stage at every given opportunity. Their short quirky songs allowed them to fit in ten songs into their set, all of which were received with as much delight as the next. Finishing their set with ‘Sex Appeal’, you could tell every single person in The Loui wanted more, and that included me. Their sound is infectious. Go and see them."
Live Music Scene

"gangly ramshackle glamour-puss boys who’ve raided Marc Bolan’s dressing up box and then added some offbeat punk quirks just for a laugh."
Venue Magazine.

"when I walked in to watch Bath four-piece The Bohemian Embassy I was greeted the boys getting drunk whilst the girls were dangerously drunk, dangerously blonde and dangerously young. As for the band themselves they proved good entertainment for the evening. With the singer/rhythm guitarist and lead guitarist looking like rejects from an indie Rocky Horror Show, the drummer as ostentatious as Keith Moon and, their sound is of the punchy indie sort which doesn't seem to understand the concept of slowing down or pausing to think about trivial everyday things. Every chorus seemed to sweep you up in it's fiery wake before letting you tumble to the ground until the chorus mercilessly came back round again...the band exited through a fire escape into the raging night"
Darkhorse promotions

"21st Century Blues is a cheeky chirpy perky positively jerky pop-winking swinger of a tune with slight camp-vox stylings on the boogie-beat verses. Strong waft of late 1960s psychedelia. Imagine Supergrass and The Move playing a Battle Of The Bands all in one song. Play Your Heart Like The Radio is a jangle-pop monkey of a song swinging from branch to branch Splendid.”
Venue Magazine

“Pop Rave Rock Punk, a 21st century Lou Reed and The Velvet Underground. Genius pop songs - Edgy Boogie Skiffle Rock” “A modern velvet goldmine”
Glasstone Records

"there performers entertainers, the only band doing this, the only band i want to watch!!!"
L&Mpublishing"

*"The Bohemian Embassy: think of some of the best bands that developed over the last ten years getting together and having an orgy to produce a monster child. then you have the Bohemian embassy. They are an edgy Catchy punky riot of sound that are currently kicking up the scene every where they go"

*“Judges included members of the PRSF, Fopp and Clear, Sound & Vision, plus James Roberts (A&R correspondent for Music Week), Ronen Guha (Head of A&R, Bucks Music) and Andrew King (Director, Mute Publishing) who all agreed that this artist showed tremendous potential” PRS **************************************************************

Thanks for the add!

Here's a video of an interview I did with renowned photographer Bob Gruen last year. He talks about the early days when he was taking pictures of Ike and Tina Turner, John Lennon, the New York Dolls, the Sex Pistols and the Clash. Check it out!
