About me: The Bongo Club has been breaking new ground since it was set up in 1996.
Running as a cafe, exhibition and rehearsal space during the day, it transforms into a multi functional, multi media venue for live music, theatre and clubs at night. It has recently moved from its much loved but disintegrating site in New Street to beautiful new location in Holyrood Road. The originators of its much imitated style, The Bongo Club specializes in the art and music of the underground. Supporting marginalised artists, both local and international, mixing live music, film, theatre and DJ's The Bongo Club continues to break the traditional mould for a nightclub.

These Sparkly gashing ladies are naughty very very naughty! + ALSO LIVE BURLESQUE ACT.......... WILD CARD KITTY Will entertain us with a Striptease Burlesque Show....She did mention that she has a new routine.....it’s very unique....She will be dressed up as a Cockroach.....I don’t know about you but i’ve always wanted to see an insect dance a bit saucily. Areba arrreba....
We have big news, we're playing the Rock Riot Festival at the Edinburgh Liquid Rooms on the Sunday the 20th of July. We're on at 4pm so it would be awesome to have your support and see you there. Tickets cost £5 and it is strictly over 18's, sorry although it does mean there's an open bar (we don't encourage fake i.d.'s but all you underagers who wants to come might want to think about getting your grubby little hands on some) so if your interested comment us and we'll sort out a ticket for you.
