If we've added you, it's for a reason. We either know you, or we've checked out your music list and think you might like us. We havn't randomly added you for the hell of it. So please, at least give us a go.
One day, a girl named Sarah answered an ad she saw on the internet and moved in with a boy named Ferrau. United by a mutual love for Jens Lekman and general ambivilance towards Leagues O'Toole, they decided to form a band, and set about playing with their ukulele's and keyboards.
And then disaster struck! Whilst accompanying their friend Claire to an Indie club, they realised that they only recognised 4 songs in 2 hours, and none of those songs were released after 2003. Which is a pretty grim reality if you're an indie band. So they decided to give up and not be a cool indie people, because that sounded like too much hard work. And if trendy indie people spent as much time listening to music as they do on their hair then they'd realise that EVERY SINGLE SONG AT THAT CLUB SOUNDED EXACTLY THE SAME! FOR TWO CONTINUOUS HOURS!!!!
So, yeah. Thats why we sound like this. We don't really WANT to be that cool. Coolness is overrated anyways. Coolness is for the people who used to pull our hair and not go out with us in school. And since we formed a shitty band to get back at the cool people, being cool ourselves would sort of defeat the point. Because then we could never enjoy our own music, because we'd be too cool to like it. Which would make being a band very boring. And then we couldn't make uncool music to touch all the other people who had their hair pulled in school by people who wouldn't go out with them. And that would be bad. Because then they'd be all upset and wouldn't have an uncool band like us to support them ...
Or something. This made WAY more sense in my head, ok?

I enjoy your music very much. I can't stop listening. Anyway I am very sorry to hear about your gear getting stolen. The fucking dick who did it will get his/hers in the end...

Seth Faergolzia, founder of the New York Antifolk/Freakfolk band, Dufus, will be touring Europe, this June and July.
