ft.reno, the wall behind chipotle, alice in wonderland, agnosticism, indian food, ben's screen in porch, the summer, tenleytown, cold water, the black cat, and hippie hippie hoorah.
Out of the dust of post Vietnam mediocrity come four warriors. Armed in the garb of the modern age they stride, toppling mountains with their waves of sound and words of righteousness.
They are…The Boom Orangutangs. In the green colored room they reside, prevailing through mazes of pretty good music and that’s what she said jokes, they journey on. Destined, to be up there with the greats. Consisting of Peter Hartmann, Drew Squires, Jake Tempchin, and Ben Keyes, on their own they are heroes…but together they weave an epic tale so thick with fraught and despair even the bravest go sick upon hearing it.
are you guys going to have any gigs open in the later part of summer? we are just getting serious and are trying to find gigs with local bands. great songs by the way
If you like bluesy garage ROCK AND ROLL...
ADD US as a friend, it wont take long.
Two new songs up, "Till You Hurt Like Me" and "All the Way", check them out and spread the word.
Thanks for the add. I'd come and see you live but the quarantine regs make it tough to get in/out of countries. Also, they don't let me out much. Like the music though! Good luck for the future.
thanks, we got to record at inner ear through the dc frp. We've been around. what about you? we should try to organize another show together(preferably not at the grog)
we're all around 20 years old...3 of us are going to be juniors in college and one uf us is going to be a sophomore in college. good luck to you guys...it's cool to see other young bands in DC.
Thanks guys...we didn't get a chance to catch your set at fort reno (I think we were in Boston) but I'm sure you melted some faces. How old are you guys? Keep on rockin'.
Yo I don't really know when we're gonna play another show. We don't have any scheduled at the moment. You guys might wanna try playing the electric maid in takoma.
