The Bora is a new band based in Manchester and made up of Will from Chichester, Paul from Manchester Phil from Bournemouth. We just wanna make a noise and be heard by as many people as possible! We have a demo CD with 6 songs on and you can hear the first 3 on this website. 'Would You Believe' is about not being changed by your surroundings. When you move to a different place it is exciting but also can be stressful and you can lose sight of the reason you are really there. It's just about not letting life get on top of you and remembering that your loved ones are the most important. 'Meteor Shower' I wrote half of nearly two years ago whilst watching a meteor shower. I was wondering when it would me my turn to shine and truly find romance. Since then I have and that inspired me to finish the song. 'The Dream' was written one evening when I wanted to escape from the city for five minutes and I was walking in the peak district near Glossop. As I climed the hill the place was completely deserted and it was so refreshing. The sun was setting and it just looked magical. As I reached the stile at the top of the hill it just reminded me there is another world outside the city and this is my escape from it.
