- THE BOSS - 

-Hanzer : singer, is the former singer of Die My.. Demon and currently the throat in Whatever It Takes.
-Peetn : drums. Former bag hitter in 1Outta6(rip).
-Mong : bass. Used to feature on bass in First Alliance (rip) and now he's also working on his own hip-hop project.
-Tomme : guitar. Former guitar player in the bands 1Outta6 (rip) and Striker (rip).

*Tutn played bass in The Boss from July 30th 2006 till August 23th 2007.
*Piere played drums in The Boss until August 26th 2006.

The original members wanted to hit off with a band where they could rely on each other, where everybody would be equally motivated and to use there musical influences they've experienced over the past years to form a new band. Basic intention of The Boss is to play hard, work hard and sound hard. And we don't forget to have a good time.

During the first rehearsals plans were made and a good atmosphere was created. The tone was set. Theyve been rehearsing in Ypres since summer 2k5 and recordings took place at Studio Midas, February 2006. 5 songs were recorded and an additional song 'The Boss' was made by our friend Aste.

It was our intention to release the recordings as a mini. But the label Reality Records who has shown interest from the very first minute asked if we could release an album containing eight or nine songs at the end of August. In July/August 2k6 we went back to Studio Midas to record the full album. We re-recorded the other 5 'old' songs.

In the meantime we had released a limited (200 copies) preview cd which contained 2 songs ('Courage, Love and Try' & 'Guns don't kill') of our first recordings and the additional song 'The Boss' done by Aste as a bonus track. These copies are sold out!

Early September 2006 we've released the full album THE BOSS entitled : Hoodlum Complex.
Featuring 10 kickass hardcore songs + a bonus track.
Guest musician : Stijn - Morda (bass)
Guestvocs : Sergio - Retaliate, Josh - Congress, Matti - Nasty & Kalutn - Core Of Anger.

In March/April 2007 The Boss decided on real short notice to record a new mini-album. We had an upcoming tour with the band King Of Clubz in May 2007 and we felt like leaving with a little extra. The MCD 'Hypes Can Suck It' has been released on the German label Fuck.This.Recordings.

End Februari, beginning of March 2008 The Boss have recorded 10 tracks at CCR studios. The new full cd 'Life Is Foreplay' was set to be released on the first date (Pressure Fest) of our European Tour with Bun Dem Out (LBU) end June, beginning of July. Due to circumstances we had to delay the offical release and September 8th 2008 was the official release date given by Alveran Records.
