The Bouquet has been going strong for years. The history that is behind this bar is amazing (check it out at www.thebouquet.net). First starting out as The Bouquet, then changed to the Blues Bouquet and in 2004 back to it's original name of The Bouquet. Undergone recent new ownership there are so many new plans and ideas that is going to keep The Bouquet a historical mark in downtown boise. See you there!
