The Brave Optimistic is currently inactive, but I will be relaunching the project in summer 2011, after finishing my degree... I'm proud to say my sound has evolved to be much more mature and experimental, but will hopefully be equally accessible. I would love to start now, but I have a lot of things to balance, and I want to give this my all. I'll be getting a job the day I graduate, and save every penny. Hopefully, I can have an album out by the end of that year. As for the song above on the myspace player, it is an old acoustic version of an old TBO single, recorded in 2006. It's always been one of my favorite recordings, despite the horrendous vocals and desperate need for professional mixing and mastering. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I promise, I will not be singing on the new material.
