The Brazen meld rampant high energy riffs with nasty guitars and killer boy/girl harmonies to produce a bitter sweet cocktail. With subversive biblical lyrics and loud quiet loud arrangements, they take the audience into truly dangerous territory!
The Brazen are a 5 piece from Bristol who have been gigging around the Southwest since August 2006. Described as "diamonds amongst the rough of Myspace" and "A must see live act" by Radio Bristol, they have their sights firmly set on bringing their toxic blend of nastiness and melody to a wider audience.
"...a quintet who rock with excellent, weird songs. They love the Pixies, but they must like Warren Zevon and Tom Waits as well. The Brazen sound unusually good..." BATH CHRONICLE Oct 2006
"The Brazen, recycling old bible stories into modern indie classics. And let them have dominion over all the earth, for surely they are a great band." - Gary Smith
"I only dance to great bands, and the Brazen are a great band!" - Big Jeff
