The Break is a open to the graduating class of 2009 and older, up to 29 years of age.
When
The Break meets the 3rd Saturday night of every month at 6:30 PM. The next one is OCTOBER 18th, 2008.

Purpose
The Break is a place for Christians and those searching for answers to come together in an atmosphere that breeds a sense of openness and community growth, helping the individual to look within and have real/authentic experiences with God, through shared experiences.
We feel that the next generation of Christianity is found within this age group. God is already moving in a mighty way, reinvigorating this group and waking them up in this culture. The problem that is being experienced is the lack of connectivity amongst the members.
Sometimes one can feel as if they are the only Christian or that there is nothing to do as a Christian. We feel that this lies in the fact that the group is so fragmented in different churches, and are under served as a group because the sizes are so small.
If we can pull all of the young adults from the Monroe area together, we can see God's full potential. We can start to affect the community for good. We can start to show God's love in a real way. We can start to become the next generation of the church that we are called to be.
