.. .. .. .. .. .... The Break-Ups are a band based out of Lansing, MI. Guitar player guys Timmy Rodriguez and Tommy McCord started the band in Timmy's bedroom in Lake Odessa in September 2005. Drummer Hattie Danby joined up sometime in early 2006 to start playing shows, and by August 2006 bassist/ guitarist Frankie Knoch joined forces with the other three. By 2007 the band was fully formed and starting to make sense. Timmy sings lead on most of the songs, but everyone sings and writes in the band. The Break-Ups are heavy, mellow, poppy, spacey, loud, soft, sugary, acidic, and everything in between....... We released our album ..Skulls and Stuff.. in July 2008. In July 2009 we released a split album with Head and Toe ..GTG Sessions Vol. 1...
