"Very well crafted songs with good melodies. You don't talk down to kids, and the lyrics are engaging. You guys do great work. I can't think of a single thing I'd change to make it better. Excellent!!!"

"Kids' music as imaginative as kids. Parents of young children everywhere, rejoice! You no longer have to listen to insipid 'children's music' that makes you want to cover your ears and run screaming from the room. The Brian Waite Band wants to take you and your children on a musical adventure that covers a lot of rock territory -- from blues to reggae to disco. Ten seconds into the first song on its new CD, I was hooked even more than my 3-year-old son was." - Doree Armstrong, Seattle PI
"Ivan loves to rock—I mean really rock! But I’m not very comfortable having him listen to rock for adults since so many grown-up themes are incorporated into most rock songs. He’s still a little guy and doesn’t need to be exposed to that! But most kids’ bands just don’t get that same rock feel—at least that’s what I thought until I listened to The Brian Waite Band. From the first song on 20,000 Volts Under the Sea, Off to Atlantis City, which starts with some great electric guitar, Ivan was hooked! One more thing about this album: Unlike most children’s CDs, this one comes with a twenty minute audiobook called 20,000 Volts Under the Sea: A Rock-and-Roll Adventure that’s written and performed by the Brian Waite Band. The story incorporates the songs from the CD and gives the whole album a fun story to go along with the ocean theme. And remember: Audiobooks are a great way to entertain kids in the car!" - BostonChildrensMusic.com
"Complaining about kiddie music is a parental rite of passage. If you don’t bash The Wiggles and Raffi, you can forget about sharing tracks with the cool kids. Impress the stroller-pushing set with the inside scoop on the latest release from The Brian Waite Band. The all-dad group has just unwrapped its fish-centric fourth album, 20,000 Volts Under the Sea — and we think it’s the most rocking yet." - Daily Candy Kids
"Few bands can master multiple musical styles and even fewer can aptly combine them in the same collection, but The Brian Waite Band does just that. Each song has a different style that perfectly fits the theme and feel of the lyrics. Their songs feature subjects that every child can relate to in a style that every adult can appreciate. Children and grown-ups alike will want to listen to this must-have collection."

OUR STORY
The Brian Waite Band was born from the idea of creating live rock shows that thrill both parents and children alike. Founded in 2001 by Brian Waite (guitar), Todd Gray (drums) and Clif Swiggett (bass), the trio began touring the West Coast, and before they knew it, their music was being played all over the world. Seven years and four critically acclaimed CD’s later, their interactive shows have evolved into more than just children’s concerts. The Brian Waite Band’s live shows combine musical theatre, imaginative story telling, laughs and a great rock ‘n roll concert filled with original songs that take the whole family on a “rock ‘n roll adventure”. Thematic adventures like “Knights of the Rock ‘n Roll Table,” “The Treasure Map” and “The Time Machine” have been loved by audiences throughout the West Coast. The Brian Waite Band has just released their new album “20,000 Volts Under the Sea” and similarly titled show, “20,000 Volts Under the Sea: A Rock ‘n Roll Adventure.”
The Brian Waite Band have released four albums and performed for sold-out audiences throughout the Western United States.
