"The Brick is well known for its musical diversity and risky, esoteric bookings. Music lovers can sample local bands as well as sought-after larger acts such as Enon, the Greenhorns and Unsane. For the hearing sensitive, or in the event the band isn't cutting it, there's a back pool table surrounded by booths and couches. Local art is featured every month, so if the band, the pool table, the jukebox or the young and hip crowd aren't attention-grabbing enough, at least you'll have the walls to look at. In addition to the ever-changing roster of bands, different nights feature recurring events: Monday offers the open-mike folk of Rural Grit, followed by karaoke; Wednesday has 2-4-1 Burgers; Thursday $5 Pizzas & Pitchers; and Friday sees Trivia Riot flexing patrons' brains.
