Bottleshot is a talented trio of musicians hailing from the Lehigh Valley. Their unique approach to styles ranging from rock, jam, blues, and pop is truly fresh and inspired. Each member brings his own particular style to the table that results in an equation where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Whether they are covering John Mayer, the Allman Brothers, or playing original material, they never fail to entertain and always keep live shows captivating with an improvisational fervor that is rivaled by few.
Jay Lapp has been playing guitar since he was twelve years old and has a musical background strongly rooted in the blues. He has had the privilege to open for a variety of artists including Trent Tomlinson and Taylor Swift. His influences range from Little Feat’s Lowell George to John Mayer. JAY IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THAT HE IS ENDORSED BY BUDZAMP AND PLAYS BUD’S VERY OWN FENDER 59 BASSMAN. CHECK OUT HIS WEBSITE AT WWW.BUDAMPS.COM!!
Josh Kanusky has been playing drums and percussion for almost seventeen years now. He has opened for several acts from the likes of George Lynch to Teddy Geiger. His "feel" oriented playing flows smoothly and brings a heavy, Bonham-like approach to drums.
Josh Tacker is a damn good bass player who knows his way around a five string bass. His creative approach is an inspiration and he always keeps the groove tight. He’s covered ground from Derek & the Dominos to Oysterhead.
