About SAVE THE BRIDGE HOUSE!!!!!!

WELCOME TO THE BRIDGE HOUSE!

The Bridge House is a very special little pub, where the emphasis has always been on picking up trade from the Downs Link. As you can imagine with the good old British weather being as reliable as ever we can never anticipate when the sun will shine, so we never know when we will be busy. This is why we are putting on as many events as we can to encourage people to come out and enjoy themselves.

When the sun goes down the evenings really liven up! We have an OPEN HOUSE night every other Tuesday where everyone is welcome to come and play. These are proving to be very popular evenings so we encourage you all to come down and see the local talent.

Every 1st Sunday afternoon of the month we have IRISH TRAD SESSION where some of the best Irish Trad musicians in the area join in.

On FRIDAY AND SATURDAY nights we have live music, again these are proving to be very popular, ranging from nights of haunting ballads to full-on rock, from laid-back Blues to energetic Punk. This really is a pub that covers every genre of music possible.

We have been very lucky and have had some of the greatest acts in the area play at the pub.

On top of all this we have a lovely sized beer garden and patio area that is ideal to soak up the sun on those hot summer days.

We invite everyone in to our pub! There is always something going on or something about to start so we encourage you all to come down if you enjoy LIVE MUSIC , GOOD NIGHTS OUT, A GOOD PINT, FRIENDLY CONVERSATION and a pub with a REALLY GOOD ATMOSPHERE
