About me:
This space is not about me...it's about The Bridge. What is the Bridge? Well, it is a new concept church that is innovative and creative and has a strong desire to connect people like you to God and to others like you.
We are just getting started, and haven't had any services yet, but we are on the way. We are located in Havelock, NC near Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station, so we have opportunity for a great ministry to young families.
The Bridge is going to be less traditional and more post-modern. We will incorporate casual and informal "come-as-you-are" services and utilize modern media techniques to enhance them.
The Bridge is a multi-site sponsored by Cherry Point Baptist Church, from a Southern Baptist tradition. It is our strong desire to offer another option to people that are curious about their spiritual self, but unwilling to come to a traditional church.

Who I'd like to meet:
The Bridge would like to meet people in the Havelock area that have never been to church, are afraid to go to church, are turned off by the traditional and organized churches yet are interested in finding out who God is and what he can do for us and our families and the world.
We'd like to meet others outside our area that are interested in the post-modern multi-site venue and are willing to share their experiences with us. It's a way we can be connected with each other in another way.
